LibreCAD is a free and open source 2D CAD application. Its purpose is to provide a free drawing solution for hobbyists and even professionals. Those interested in LibreCAD history can visit the genesis page.

• Partial support of Autodesk DWG format (importing only).
• Support of Autodesk DXF open format (import and export). It is LibreCAD main format.
• Export in PDF format and image format (PNG, SVG, bitmap).
